What's in an Illusion?

One of the students in our class highlighted the illusion drawing of Julian Beever, an English chalk artist, well known for his sidewalk drawings. These are chalk drawings present an illusion of being three-dimensional, when in reality, they reflect a process called "anamorphosis". This type of projected or rather "distorted" projection requires the viewer to use a devise, such as mirror or view the image from an angle.
